The maximum number of guests that you can book online is 6. If you wish to make a larger booking, please contact the restaurant to speak with a member of the team on 01482 222260.
Reservations for 7 guests or more will require a deposit of £10 per person, which is payable online by PayPal or telephone and deducted from your bill on the date of your visit. NO BOOKING is confirmed until we receive a full deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable unless we are notified within 48 hours of your reservation.
Private Event Dining will have separate T&C’s applied to your booking and the full details will be forwarded to you via email before you make any payment to us.
Card details only are taken in leiu of a deposit, of £10p.p at the time of booking. NO table is secured until you provide these details and full amount will be charged for all bookings cancelled without 24 hours prior notice. A booking without card details will automatically be cancelled 24 hours of your reservation time.
We ask that all guests arrive promptly and punctually. If you are late by more than 20min from the time of reservation, we reserve rights to cancel your table and release your table to other guests.
When booking a table you will be asked to enter your credit/ debit card details to secure your table, there will be NO payment taken. If you wish to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this period will have a £10 per person charge taken unless you defer the booking to another time.
If you are going to be late to your reservation, please contact the restaurant at your earliest convenience on 01482 222260. We automatically cancel reservations that are 20 minutes late and a charge of £10 per person will be taken.
In line with legislation passed in 2007, The Brazilian restaurant and outside dining areas are no-smoking . We do not allow e-cigarettes or vaping inside of these areas, with no exceptions.
The Brazilian’s dress code is “elegant smart casual”. We do not require gentlemen to wear jacket and tie, however, we do not permit sportswear or beachwear.
Please inform a member of our team of any allergens before placing an order for food or drink. Please note all our dishes are prepared in a kitchen where cross-contamination can occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. our menu descriptions do not contain all ingredients.
We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8, please do so for no later than 6pm.
When making a reservation, please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for a pram/pushchair.
Please note: We politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.
No animals are accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities.
