We are now taking bookings for Christmas parties! If you are looking for a dining experience like no other for this years office party then look no further. We see an extremely high volume of bookings over the Christmas period so please contact our team as soon as possible to ensure we can fit you in for your Christmas party.
About your visit
The maximum number of guest that you can book online is 6. If you wish to make a larger booking, please contact the restaurant to speak with a member of the team.
We ask that all guests arrive promptly and punctually. If you are later for more than 20min from the time of reservation, we reserve rights to cancel your table and release your table to other guests.
When booking a table you will be asked to enter your credit/ debit card details to secure your table, there will be NO payment taken. If you wish to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this period will have a £10 per person charge taken unless you defer the booking to another time.
If you are going to be late to your reservation, please contact the restaurant at your earliest convenience on 01482 222260. We automatically cancel reservations that are 20 minutes late and a charge of £10 per person will be taken.
Reservations for 7 guests or more will require a deposit of £10 per person, which is payable online (at the bottom of this page) or telephone and deducted from your bill on the date of your visit. NO BOOKING is confirmed until we receive a full deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable unless we are notified within 48hours of your reservation.
Private Event Dining will have separate T&C’s applied to your booking and the full details will be forwarded to you via email before you make any payments to us.
The team at The Brazilian take food safety very seriously and particularly so when it concerns allergens in food. It is very important for us that our industry supplies this important information on the food we serve to our guests. On arrival we can provide our guests with a detailed list of allergen information upon request.
We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8, please do so for no later than 6pm.
When making a reservation, please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for a pram/pushchair.
Please note: We politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.
The Brazilian’s dress code is “elegant smart casual”. We do not require gentlemen to wear jacket and tie, however, we do not permit sportswear or beachwear.
In line with legislation passed in 2007, The Brazilian is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.
Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities.

A deposit of £10 per person is only required for tables of 6 or more guests, large parties & private events by using the form below. No booking is confirmed and we reserve a right to cancel your booking at any time until a deposit is paid in full.
